Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat dispensing for your pet’s medication.  Medication can only be dispensed if we have seen your pet in the last 6 months and have approved the re-dispensing of the medication you require for long term use.  We will let you know when it’s ready for collection so you can pay via credit card over the phone & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day for medication we have in stock. Please note that some medications are ordered in specifically to meet patient requirements and can take up to 10 days to arrive. To avoid disappointment please allow at least 10 days when ordering compounded medications.
